Can someone please advise that claiming UC with a child , will breach my child’s visa condition as my child has child visa with NRPF , and also for UC I should not be claiming child element . Can someone please advise on that as my claim is still awaiting decision. Thanks

I also submitted appendix 2 for spouse visa and I applied in August,
It would be wise to submit appendix 2.

Hi, I spoke with the surveyor and she said it is a common practice in shared accommodation to not get access. They put room locked but also mentioned that property will not be overcrowded and is also safe. Do you think ECO will reject the application, Is there anyone who came across this situation. ...

Acknowledgment belongs to the online application, you can upload whatever you want before ukvcas application or at the appointment.

Spouse visa and a child visa

Hi,

Can someone guide me please, I will be sponsoring my wife and child, do I need to make two separate applications or can I include my baby with my wife’s application?
If it is separate then how can I link them together and also how to present same documents for both applications?

I recently applied and I did the same mistake, I wrote a cover letter highlighting the mistake and uploaded the cover letter on UKVCAS website...
