It will however require you to provide both documents for the past business and new, remember that one of the requirement is for you to have registered the business within six months of your arrival into UK. You need to say no to the first question if you are not a EU citizen then provide your BRP number and then your DOB. It will show you , your work status. If it shows no time limit to stay in UK, it means you are granted ILR. I am not an EU so I chose No to the first question then entered my BRP no....
