Thank you very much for your information. I will try to reapply again and add my husband bank statement and his employment letter this time. Thank you again!!! I am not a lawyer so that's difficult for me to pretend to know things. However, I'd like to stress that if you apply for fmily FP based on...
Hi, this is the husband. I am sorry to hear that the HO office rejected your applictaion, they can really be a pain... They just try to find any excuse they can to reject any application. I've got an example where a british person maried to a Vietnamese person was rejected multiple times, he is an e...
https://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/travel/entry-exit/non-eu-family/index_en.htm Even EU website states that if the non EU family member does not hold a residence card he/she must have a valid visa to enter the Schengen Area. No, that's incorrect. The EU document itself mentions the resident card...

On the 1st of February 2018 my wife was denied boarding an easyjet flight from Luton to Paris, the reason invoked is that she didn't have any valid vi...
Many thanks dan1988uk for the clear answers. I was really surprised to see professionals advising to apply after the 6 months period... I didn't want to post the addresses here as I guess point and shame is not the policy here, but that's rather shocking. I understand that my wife will have the righ...
Hi, I'm an EEA national living in the UK who acquired PR status a few months ago (but the letter from HO states that I am a permanent resident since 2008 as per the documentation I have provided - employment letters p60s etc). My wife is a non-EEA national and granted a family permit a few days ago,...
