No Surname Indian Passport- Naturalisation

Anyone here split their name in an Indian passport (Moving half the name to the surname as its blank now) before applying for naturalization?

My question is do i also need to apply for an affidavit or is the new updated indian passport enough?

Re: ILR- Qualifying Period

I thought that's the case my previous firm confirmed that, however they mentioned as per the details provided by the employee.

I just asked my colleagues at the current firm they said they did not submit anything related ro absence and their ILR got approved.

I think it should be fine then.

Re: ILR- Qualifying Period

Hi Zimba

Thanks, My query is whether my calculation is accurate or not?

The reason am trying to get it early is because from October 4th it would be expensive due to Visa fee changes.

Re: ILR- Qualifying Period

Thanks for the response. Somewhere in the forum i read BRP issue date should be after Vignetter start date?

So can i use BRP issue date even though my Vignette start date is 11-Nov-2018?.

It takes a day or two to inform you and 4-5 days to assign you in big 4. Most of the times decision is made but you won't get the result soon.

They might they might not it depends on the no of valid applications they have received, the validation takes time before granting but after the exemption of doctors and nurses the results have come in first 2 days in last 2 months.

It's valid as long as your university is removed from the Uk Naric database.
I assume you intended to write 'as long as your university isn't removed'

There is no prvilllege given to under 25 apart from the minimum salary qualification which is set at 21k for people below 26 years age whereas for others it's 30k.

30 below should gi through next month and we still don't have the cut off for this month the last reported approval was at 30k.
