I don't think the cutoff is 50 it might be higher than that.

Thanks for your reply And what is the money you were talking about, is it ISC charges? W hich can only be paid when RCoS is approved and mine in non shortage occupation I hope They make decision by Thursday which is very unlikely At the time of submission if they consider my RLMT dates, then am good

I just got reply from my solicitor and my RCoS is rejected/refused as the Cap has been oversubscribed.
My total points is 55 and not listed in shortage occupation
I will reapply for February month and see.
