Just wondering when can I apply for British citizen I have one year Since I got my indefinite leave through 6 years Visa my partner English with three kids ?

No more than 450 days absence in the 5 years immediately preceding date of application and no more than 90 days absence in the 12 months immediately preceding date of application.

Probably 2021, at least 10 years after first getting Discretionary leave.

Well the claim is joint claim,child tax credit calculate my income but I can see clearly that is in my wife name but they included my name as joint claim for both child benefits & and child tax credit ( which any family in uk they have depends on the father income) It should be OK either way, again...
