Hi, I too applied for a T1 GE initial visa outside the UK on the 3rd Jan. Was quoted 15 working days, and still waiting. With regards to your question, the success rate for T1 GE is over 95%, as per a report in 2015. If you were endorsed by a HEI it could take up to 8 weeks to get the visa processe...
