No. She cannot travel visa free. Only those who have a Stamp 4EUFAM (mainly spouses of non-Irish EU nationals) can travel without a visa. Incorrect answer my friend. Received an invitation today for 3rd of March for 12:30 ceremony. Date of approval was 31 of January, sent GNIB + 950 February 4th Thank you for your post. It gave me hope. Due to work travel reason, i am submitting ( GNIB + Fee) 2-3 weeks late . Hoping i will be included in the ceremony.

Interesting circumstance .

I am in the same boat , and applying in a weeks time .

Have to wait and see i suppose , prepared for a rejection .

There is no way of calculating / prooving that how many days spent in the UK for that matter based on no stamp for your onward joirney to the UK.
