UK Spouse visa - on-line -$2,700 - dependant children?

Hi My wife is applying on-line, and got through to the IHS payment with a bill of $2,700. During the application, it asks if there are any 'Dependent Children'. She put yes as we have two children. But, they are in the UK with me, and have UK passports and birth certificates, and are already registe...

Previous passports of applicant - scan all pages?

Hi,

We are applying for Spouse Visa soon.

My wife has 2 previous passports with about 12 out of 48 pages with stamps/visas on.

My question is: Do I need to scan every page or just the bio and pages with stamps and visas on? I.E. Do I have to copy empty, blank pages too?

Thanks in advance!

Re: TB test/spouse visa/UK or abroad?

Hi,
ve you clicked on vinny's two link?? There are no listed UK Home Office approved TB test centres on their list.
Yes, I have and had previously seen the page. Just wondering if a UK result is a/ possible and b/ better?

However, it seems that it is not possible though!

Thanks anyway!

Re: TB test/spouse visa/UK or abroad?

Hi, Just to clarify, I had already read that the clinic needed to be in Indonesia, but I was just checking if it might be possible to be done in the UK. After reading again, it does seem that it can only be done in the original country of origin. Understandable I guess, but with rampant corruption a...

Re: TB test/spouse visa/UK or abroad?

Hi Vinny, Thanks for the reply. I'm struggling to find an approved clinic in the UK. My apologies, perhaps I did not make clear my query. I am actually asking whether the TB test can be done in the UK , as opposed to a foreign country, whilst my wife is in the UK on a visitor visa, before we apply f...

Re: Benefits for British citizen, non-EEC wife, 2 kids w/British passports

Hi CR001,

Code: Select all

Also please note that you cannot claim joint tax credits if she is only in the UK as a visitor. You will need to wait till she has a spouse visa.
Thank you for the clarification - appreciate your time!

Re: Benefits for British citizen, non-EEC wife, 2 kids w/British passports

Hello Casa, Hold on! Your wife doesn't qualify for a SET(M) ILR application, that only comes after she has spent 5 years (2.5 x 2.5) in the UK as your spouse. She needs to apply for a Spouse Settlement visa. https://www.gov.uk/uk-family-visa/partner-spouse Yes, my mistake, sorry! Child benefit must ...
