Hi there, Please i would like to ask about the referee forms in case of applying online ,would i be able to fill them now as in hard copy and get them ready and save time , even if my ILR ( Indefinite leave to remain )going to be one year on 13 February 2018 .Or do i need to wait till i apply online...
