I phoned them 2 weeks ago they sent me an email which says the case is still under consideration, today i phoned them again and they called me back saying my case is still under consideration. I never moved to any other addresses i still live on the same address which is also the address in my app. ...
I havent receive any decision apart from the biometric enrolment which i did last june 2015. The application was submitted May 2015. So its pending for nearly 3 years.
