Re: July 2018 restricted COS

Something to keep in mind for those that are reapplying next month.... There are a lot of applications from this month that will get carried over to next month's allocation because they had submitted additional docs after the 10th deadline. This may affect the numbers for next month. The amount of ...

Re: July 2018 restricted COS

I think its safe to say 41pts is the cut off this month. I've read the articles about it and the people dealing with my application have also told me they have received approvals at 41 pts but refusals at 40 pts. I'm at 30 pts and wondering how likely it is for me to get my visa next month. Based on...

Re: July 2018 restricted COS

I'm worrying that the numbers this month have dropped so much because HO are finally doing a full review of the applications in the backlog (which perhaps they didn't do before because of the high quotas) and finding that a large amount of them require more information and have therefore been rejec...

Re: July 2018 restricted COS

Those who are waiting for last 7/8 months, can you confirm how many times did your employer was sent queries and when? In my case, my employer received queries in November and since then it's being refused. Now, my employer received queries this month directly after December! In FOI figures, HO alw...

Re: July 2018 restricted COS

Had to post - our solicitor confirmed that one of their RCoS requests was approved at 41points, I have been waiting at 30 points and she promised to inform should they get approvals for under 45... This is great news. Thanks for posting! I am waiting at 30 pts as well. Great to hear this :) :) Soo ...

Re: July 2018 restricted COS

Anyone with a ~40-45 score getting through? Is it the end of the allocations this month with 50 being the cut-off or should we still hope fpr lower scores in the next couple of days? Regards I'd be very very surprised if 40-45 gets through this month. I know most people say that it's only the secon...

Re: May 2018 Restricted COS

Received confirmation. Application refused 31pts. Not surprised. Company told me no one else was approved at 46 pts. Looks like quota is 55! I think exceptions are being made for NHS employees

Re: May 2018 Restricted COS

Moreover, do not count on "backlog clearance". In January the 45+ backlog got cleared, but in February 1700+ applicants were in the 45+ again. Even if this month threshold is 45+p again, next month 1700+ NEW applicants with higher than 45p would apply , and again it would be same story. I strongly ...

Re: May 2018 Restricted COS

Got some positive feedback from my potential employer. 55 Points. Though they didn't tell anything specific but it seems it is approved. Moderators/ experts... 55 points on day three, how does it sound for 45 pointers? Can’t say !! But you will have your answer by today or tomorrow evening the late...

Re: May 2018 Restricted COS

Hello, I got an email from my employer regarding rcos approval that has been granted under exceptional circumstances. Points 55. Non shortage Its really a lengthy procedure so all the best guys. I have been trying since December. Why is it making me feel that 55 is the cutoff for this month . Since...

Re: May 2018 Restricted COS

This is my sixth month applying (employer has redone RLMT) at 31 pts. I've followed these feeds for the past six months and gone through a lot of the same stresses you all feel. I've lived in the UK for two years before running into these issues so I really feel like I've been pulled from my home, I...

Re: April 2018 Restricted COS

50k is real confusing. By the book, HO has to either accept all 50k group or none. They cannot pick and chose some

The only way some 50k's are getting approval and some aren't is if those that are getting approved are being granted their RCOS exceptionally outside of the monthly quota

Re: April 2018 Restricted COS

I had some hope with the quick replies that came out on Thursday from the Home Office. Things seemed to have been moving along last week. However it looks like the pattern of responses and feedback from the Home Office has fallen to something similar to what we've seen in all the previous months. I'...

A 60 approved already. Another junior doctor approved today. 50k salary non shortage occupation. Few others approved but all shortage. Seems like the home office is getting back to business.

Also the refusal from last week at 44.5k was non shortage.
Thanks Plabber. Looks like it gonna be another 46 pt month :(
