Re: HELP PLEASE - Spouse visa

I will let more experienced members confirm, but I believe only possibility of not meeting the requirement of income is if you're carer. Getting benefits doesn't make you eligible.

Re: ILR limited company & permanent employment

If he gets a permanent job and over £18600/year for FULL 6 months and 6 (or more payslips) that is fine.

If not you can apply under category B, but be warned, it takes LOADS of documentation (personal experience )

Re: UK Spouse Visa Duplicate Bank Statements

No issues with it saying duplicate, as long as it's bank printed and not printed by you (in case if it's printed by you, I would recommend getting it signed/stamped/dated by bank)

Re: Tier 2 supporting documents

First of all congrats on job offer :)

you're on spot with documents. If employer is A rated sponsor, they can add a line on cover letter they will provide with employment details and salary and stuff, that they will be able to certify maintenance on your behalf and you won't need to maintain balance.

Re: Confusion around the removal 60 days rule for ILR via Tier 2

Your employer would've to tell Home Office after your last day at work, leading to curtailment of visa.
Also you will have cooling period between two tier 2 visas, which would reset your clock, unfortunately.

Re: Appendix 2 VAF4A Section 3.3 Category?

So income in prior 12 months excluding company director will be £48923 approx, thus in last 12 months will be higher than threshold of £18600
Thus in Appendix 2 of VAF4A, my spouse can answer section 3.21 and 3.22 as yes.
