Can someone please tell me if the Change of Circumstances form (MCC) is sent to UKBA for changing the name (Tier 2 Dependent), will they issue a new BRP? TIA.

Couple of questions though:

Will the UKBA issue a new BRP for her?

If the passport is sent, is it better to provide a prepaid envelope?
