We were told in Court - basically threatened - that they may use other means to deny people after Bangor. The Lords and Lady are clear re that.

The Home Office were absolutely CRUSHED in the RCJ

For those who are stuck in the system on the 2006 BS.

Despite Bobek the dearly beloved* Home Office are still holding out re the Judgement in Banger.

It comes out on the 12th July.

*Legally speaking they are prejudice against British people - uncontested . I'm using the UN definition

Well Banger will certainly have an effect on cases which falls under the 2016 EEA Regulations, therefore it is indeed relevant.

Why only the 2016 ?

thanks for updating Obie CA will proceed the pending stay cases either the would wait for Banger case to handedover the final judgement. As my appealed stay pending due to SM Algeria.
