They will need your GWF or UAN I am guessing. https://www.gov.uk/employee-immigration-employment-status We haven't tried this service yet, my wife's work wants a confirmation...

Re: UKVI Contact for Application Update

The phone number is 0300 123 2241.
When did you apply? And by what means - non-priority, priority or super-priority?
The call center only replies when your application is outside the published timelines.

Re: NOVEMBER 2018 Restricted COS - PLS DO NOT POST VISA APP RELATED QUESTIONS HERE!!!

My wife's CoS was granted with 36 points. It has been an agonising 11 months wait from last December, but finally, it has been done. It is difficult to explain in words what we have been through these months, with everything on the line. I just hope that everyone else's CoS's are approved as well a...

Re: August 2018 restricted COS

30 points, non everything. Still waiting. Application says under review. What exactly does that mean? Ideally this means that your application is with a case worker and probably he/she is looking at some other applications which are also in the queue, or probably he/she is doing some final checks w...

Re: August 2018 restricted COS

Hi Guys, Any update for 30K, No NHS, No Shortage Occupation. When was the RLMT for your job done? Instead of just posting the same question over and over again, you could provide more details, so that someone can at least tell or predict that sooner or later you would get your RCOS. I suspect that ...

Re: August 2018 restricted COS

With my previous prediction, which I made in March 2018, about the government removing nurses from the Tier2 restricted list coming true 8) , below is my latest prediction. The cutoff for this month will come down to be normal again at 21 points. If not in this month, then surely in the next month. ...

Re: March 2018 Restricted COS

Just read this on Linkedin: Latest Intel is that SOL, PhD SOC roles and/or medical doctors may be removed from Tier 2 RCoS cap. Discussions in Parliament at present. ...and no general Immigration Rule changes (except above) in April. More likely to be May/June. I don't think there was a discussion ...

Re: February 2018 Restricted COS

Well!, I have been following the board since January. Only this time, seeing the situation, I could not resist posting a message. What I have happened to find out, that the situation with the NHS nurses might not improve in the coming months. In fact, when the applications of so many non-EU nurses h...
