And one more thing this stay of unconditional is the duration of the visit visa which I am already having or it's more three months since the time I entered Italy??means this three months unconditional stay is beyond the 90 days time of my visit visa along with my EU spouse??

But will this not be a problem because right now my wife not having any accomodation contract??and she hasn't register herself yet but she is working.so only job contract along with marriage paper will be enough to apply for carte di sojjorno familia??
