I have applied ILR on SET(LR) route on 05-08-2019 super priority service at Crydon center at 8.00 am.
More than 24 hours passed still no email received.

ILR through 10 years or 5 years?

Dear Members,
I will be eligible for ILR on 10 years (LR) route on Aug-2019 and 5 years Tier2 (G) on Sep-2019. I have 3 dependents (Wife and 2 kids). Please suggest by which route I should apply for ILR.

your daughter can travel with her grand parents only if they have valid UK visa. If not then you have to go and accompany her.
If the grand parents have UK visa then your authorization letter will also need.

previous 2 rejection will certainly have impact on all future applications but you have nothing to loose to try for 3rd term. If you properly follow the rules and prepare all documentations correctly then there is no reason not to get VISA this time.

Any kind of state benefit is not allowed while you are on Tier2 visa.
