Re: Help with AN and MN1 forms Online application

Every single question you have asked has already been asked and answered in this forum, and reading through a few threads on the first two pages would have answered the majority of your questions.

I'm sure that would be fine. The only time I think it would be a problem is if you typed your name or something like that incorrectly.

Re: Applying for naturalisation with newly issued passport that is less than 3 years old

My feeling is if you include old and new passports, the proof that she was in the uk is evident as you can’t travel without a valid passport if non-EU

Re: proof of living in the UK in Online Application as British Citizen

As I am non-EU, I was asked to provide passport. I read in one of the guidelines it is a good idea to also include your passport showing original entry into UK, so I included my original passport showing first entry as well.

You could send them your pass reference number, with a cover letter explaining you have passed, and are waiting for certificate to be posted.

Is it just 3 photos for JCAP, 2 on the referee forms and one for the passport?!

Really confused
Where did you get the 2 for the referee form?
Each application has two referees. So two photos.

Re: Photographs requirement for JCAP

From the website where we did NDRS two weeks ago: Photographs You need to bring 3 photographs. The photographs submitted with both applications must be identical (i.e. from the same sitting) and comply with the photo standards as described in the accompanying guidance. The applicant's name should be...

We only needed 3 when we did JPAC two weeks ago. One photo for each referee and one for passport. Official at NDCS wrote our names at back of passport photo.

Re: will home office form NQ still apply after renouncing British passport?

It means you face the possibility of having NO citizenship if you renounce British citizenship. Maybe you should phone your consulate and ask them what to do, as you don't seem to want to accept the multiple people telling you here.

According to PRC Nationality law, you have automatically already lost Chinese citizenship, so you only have British citizenship now.

Re: Online application- Section 3(1) application for child

Thanks, that was my understanding as well. However, it was listed as required documents during the online application. I'm just going to ignore it as I'm essentially applying under 3(1) for her.

I'm doing the online ap...
