My application was approved on 02 November and I got invitation letter on 13 January 2021 (date 21 Dec), My council is Luton and they booked my ceremony at end of February. They also doing private ceremonies from Monday to Friday so I booked private one for £100.

i) Approved on = Naturalisation Application Approval date by email or letter
ii) Letter date = is the date when HO print invitation letter
iii) Letter arrival, date range = are the date range when will you get that invitation letter by post.

PAP/Mp doesn't make any difference, my application is still pending. I cant rephrase it now but will ask my solicitor to send me copy of that letter.
