MN1 Paper form sent beginning of January.

Hi All
I sent a MN1 application a month ago and so far they have not deducted the fee. Had a look the timeline and it is not taking that long to do so. Does anybody know if they have stopped accepting paper form?

Re: EEA FM Section 2

What's your situation? Are you a non-EEA FM applying for a Residence Card, and is the EEA citizen applying at the same time for a Registration Certificate? Section 2 is relative to the Sponsor - this section has to be completed in cases when the non-EEA FM is applying for a Residenve Card without t...

BC or wait

Dear All My son holds a Residence Card and can apply for Permanent Residence Card at the end of next year. The question is: As I hold a DCPR for more than 2 years, if I apply for citizenship will he lose the right to apply for PR through me or the EU law is valid even though I would be British? Lets...

Dear All I was wondering what is the best option: I need to register my child born abroad who currently holds DCPR. Father and mother is BC now but not when child was born. Will the child have to change status again if this new law came into force when Brexit happens. If so, how long do I have befor...

No need to wait for a year after PR for children.

As one parent is a British citizen and both the child and the other parent have PR, the child can register under Section 3(1) of the BNA 1981.
Thank you.

Re: BC for EU Child born abroad

Hi There We just got PR for EU Child born abroad. Even though we sent paperwork for over 7 years, the date of acquired Permanent Residence was exactly as the printing on the card. Question is: Since one parent is BC-acquired through long residency (father) and the other EU with DCPR (Mother). Can w...

Re: MN1 for EEA child born abroad

Children born abroad applying for registration under Section 3(1) do not have to wait for a year if at least one parent is either a British citizen or applying to become one AND the other parent has either ILR or PR. So, what is the status of the other parent? Hi Secret.simon I am in same situation...
