I have sent her a copy of the tb test via WhatsApp and she can show this if need be the old copy.

I am trying to get her a flight to Birmingham

So we r clear hopefully to get her here in the UK as they have not given her a failure just further test to do?

Her date to travel are 27 Feb to 29 March

Is there anything we have to worry about if she has failed it? Recently in pakistan? Will this get reported to home office?

Can she travel now not worrying about it?
