Re: UK NARIC B! level

If you are applying for entry clearance or further leave to remain under the Tier 2 (General) category, you must have a level of English equivalent to level B1 or above of the Council of Europe’s Common European Framework for Language Learning. The only exceptions to this requirement is if: • you ar...

I think an official replacement degree certificate should be equivalent to the original.
Let's say I have OD duplicate from University then do I need CMM(consolidated marks memo)?

You are making a mockery of us with 30 and 40 odd points L. You will definitely get it unless your sponsor makes any mistakes any documentation in RLMT as such.
The reason I asked is there are very few RCOS for march around 1200 and lot of shortage occupation are pending from long time .

Thanks Vinny.

So let's say if we managed to get duplicate OD from university then do we still need to show them the marks transcript?

Re: March 2018 Restricted COS

Hi Friends, I got a A rated sponsor with a salary of 85K per anum. My job is not listed in shortage occupation list.

Sponsor is applying for RCoS for march 2018.

Any idea what are the chances of it getting picked?

Thanks in advance
