Re: Is it still possible to have your eu settled status ilr revoked?

It’s a big pity, I feel sorry for what you go through, am sure you will come out of this mess a stronger woman. I’m sorry to say, but the love thing and video stuffs you complained about, are the complicated part of marriage especially when it’s broken down, so we can’t get into that as we are not a...

Re: Is it still possible to have your eu settled status ilr revoked?

Again these are sensitive issue, if there are evidence of domestic violence and fraud, then report him to the police straight away, with that you can ask for a divorce. It’s a pity you found yourself in this situation, I understand how heart broken and disappointed you are, especially getting marrie...

Re: Is it still possible to have your eu settled status ilr revoked?

This is a very sensitive issue, and must be handled fairly without sentiment or emotion, so I believe if true, It must be dealt with seriously. No one should go through this for whatsoever. Though as we are just hearing from one side, so if true, and you have got evidence to support all your claims ...

Re: URGENT INFO EU SETTLEMENT SCHEME

Fact-checking!! EU settlement scheme rules does not provide information on what’s genuine or not, so no one should claim that on this platform as well. So YES, It’s very possibly, once your application is on going you can as well travel in and out. 48 hrs stay in uk is more than enough to send your...

Re: How many time living in the UK is required to obtain a pre-settlement status?

@Obie you are perfectly right..Thank you for that correction. It’s a simple question which requires a simple answer. As EU citizen your flight itinerary ticket and a night in a hotel is enough to prove your residence for Pre-Settled , no need to have a job, or get nino or pay taxes before you can ap...

Re: Apply EEA Family Member Residence Card on Marriage Visitor Visa

Hi Cookie,

Yes it possible to apply for EEA FM Residence Card while in Uk under any type of Uk visa.

So my advice is to first do your marriage, and then apply for a FM Residence Card while in Uk.

Re: Applying for EEA family permit while holding visitor Visa

Hi, I entered alone as a tourist, just like the way i have been visiting uk alone in the last 10years. You don't have to create more questions for yourself telling immigration officer about residence card application and bla bla bla, just answer questions as a tourist which is your visa type, so you...

A friend told me to apply for family permit, so in February 2018, i applied for family permit in Brussels. After waiting for 5weeks,...

Re: COA FOR UNMARRIED COUPLE

Again , the Cohabitation has our address on it and the Comprehensive sickness insurance also has our address on it.
The cohabitation which was signed in 2014 clearly shows our address on it and the CSI we got last month for both my EEA Partner and I clearly shows the names and address of both of us
