This COA acts as a work permit and can be...

Thanks Mujen. How about entering the UK? What if we traveled together to Europe but I had to go back to the UK on my own?

Re: RETURN OF EU PASSPORT FROM HOME OFFICE

It can take up to 10 working days. And if you don’t receive it within this period, you need to submit another request, and wait for another 10 working days. Re: Irish-Americans moving to UK for work, immigration clarification

Hi there,

Firstly you don’t need a visa to enter the UK. However if you intend to start working straighaway, you will have two options, either to apply for a tier 2 visa or wait until you get your Irish passport which Will enable you to work freely in the UK.

Hope that helped!

I believe the proof docs for the past 15 months is more than sufficient. I have a friend who recently married to EU and he applied after 4 months...

EEA2 application

Hi everyone,

I submitted my application for eea2 last December in the UK. It’s been already 3 months and I’m getting stressed about it. Anyone else submitted the application early December 17 and heard back from the home office?

Thanks
