Nopes i am neither a graduate nor a software engineer.

This may sound a bit weird and merely a result of absolute desperation but i think that our employers (big four) haven't applied for us because they were of the view that changes in the policy would be applicable since August and there is no way points will fall to 45. So now they are covering thems...

I am surprised initially we had someone who was granted RCOS on 50 points and to the best i understand applications are processed in a batch run. Not sure whether HO is cherry picking this time?
