you right dnshah.. normal result will get within 3 weeks.. but still as they said, depend on caseworker workload.. probably theres too many application in july.. let us know when you got it..

This also quite fast approval Sharath. Similar like wphsmpwp approval. All within 3 weeks. May I know how many points you get for this? I heard someone said 75 points took a bit longer than someone that have more points. Don't know if its right or not.. I recieved my passport with Visa stamped today...

review I guess.. but first he must apply for FLR.. depend on what reason and how serious it is, I think they don't have specific guidelines, more rely on caseworker and tolerance.

As my interpretation, if someone spent over 90days in one go, or over 180day in 5 years, they will have different level of decision maker. Provided if we could present prove to satisfy them that we are still based here. Maybe letter from employer or house rental/mortgage. That could strength the app...

I found this link in UKBA web.. Seems its clearly state down maximum 90 continuous days per absence. Also maximum 180 days absence in total for 5 years period. Thats cool.. very appreciate that chetanojha.. Yes I will provide all payslips for those periods together with employer letter to strengthen the application. I've been thinking it could be a relief to get those 12 months first.. then somewhere in early August for another 2 months for maintenance fun...

how bout the bank statement issued date? Will submit application in August but I claim earnings from June '08 till May '09. Can I get statement from bank for those period now? Or I need to wait till August? Thanks.

this month absolutely not the right time.. employers already in festive mode and aint got money to spend else christmas present.. my advise, be yourself in what ever decision you want to make, risk is everywhere.. either you strong enough to face it or collapse in the end.. doesnt matter you're here...

congrats to all! support to those who has minor problems.. 7 months is a very long time. I've seen applications get approved 3-4 months early for valid reasons (travel, job search). But not 7. Same situation with me.. got a few called from agent which the client require SC for the job, some agent do aware of this some not.. theres 1 agent told me that they need at least 5 years in UK to be SC. Poor highly skilled candidates like us need to find another 'less' security jobs then.. :)

Its gonna be a lot of process to bypass this illegality. But as you said, the officer maybe consider your current background and income while in UK. There must be a way to overcome this such as using lawyer etc.

I applied EC by end of september and request visa start by end of november. They approved EC on 28/9 and visa started on 12/10 which mean 2 weeks from approval date. You have to clearly mention your reason why need the post dated.

i didnt know about jewellery valuation.. but for my EC, i submitted my car and motorbikes registration document to support fund, write simple letter stated that will sell them before departure.. as long all documents are original..
