Hi all,

I am not eligible for ILR till 2022 but since I’m relatively free now, can I start taking the test now or is there any validity limit for thetest?

Many thanks in advance

Re: Change of employment

Thank you very much! If you don’t mind me asking one more question. My new job is under 2219 Health professionals not elsewhere classified. My new employer did a DBS check on me but did not tell me to prepare criminal records from my home country. I came to the UK since 2015, does that mean I’m exem...

Re: Change of employment

Thank you.

If my new employer has ran out of unrestricted CoS and has to apply for one, how long will it normally takes?

My current employer already know I’m leaving.

Change of employment

Hi, i am currently on a tier 2 visa, and have recently found a new job. My new employer told me they are still waiting for clearance from home office to sponsor me. I searched online and found something like my current employer has to cancel or withdraw my sponsorship before the new employer can ass...

Re: Post study tier 2 visa extension

Hi,

It’s my company’s decision to extend my contract for one year only, and I’m too shy to insist that I want more than that. Do you know what might be the cause of the delay? Should I just keep waiting or should I try calling the home office again?

Re: Post study tier 2 visa extension

I have not receive my visa decision yet since my application in early Feb, my visa has expired and the processing time of my visa application has gone beyond 8 weeks, and the only reply i got was “your application has not been completed yet.” If it’s a refusal why would it take this long? I am due f...

Post study tier 2 visa extension

Hi all, I came to UK in 2015 on Tier 4 visa. I then converted to Tier 2 visa in 2017 and my visa is going to expire this April. I have applied for extension for another one year. I was considered as a new entrant when I was first granted my Tier 2 visa, for my extension I am working under the same e...
