Second time,refused in March at 50 points

I have been just approved with 50 points.my solicitor has just forwarded an email that home embassy sent and it says the same which amona has mentioned outside monthly allocation exceptionally granted.

50k is real confusing. By the book, HO has to either accept all 50k group or none. They cannot pick and chose some The only way some 50k's are getting approval and some aren't is if those that are getting approved are being granted their RCOS exceptionally outside of the monthly quota [/quote I vag...

The rejected 45 means nothing in the points score as this was likely due to a fault with the RMLT, so far looks like it has reached the 55 and will hopefully keep dropping in the coming days. Just have to wait and see. fingers crossed my immigration guys says i have 45 points but acc to this portal...
