Got refused with 44 points yesterday

I wouldn't say they are moving slowly, first day probably got the shortage ones through, yesterday the 60's, today hopefully the 55's and 50's and then praying the 45's and below go through beginning of next week. Hi Friends, please can anyone answer my doubt- My RLMT was first posted on Oct 13 which means it is valid until April 12 and my sponsor has applied this time and said because of the HO delays , we may not be able to assign your RCOS in April even though it is approved for my points (45). Very frust...
