A UK born child does not require ILR if you plan on registering the child as a British citizen.

Important to note that ILR based on 10 years long residence does not permit dependents to apply with the main applicant.

Tier 2 holder - in UK<5 years so not eligible for ILR Dependent 1 - partner of main visa holder and has been in UK >10 years on multiple visas:T4 then 2 then now a T2 dependent.
