New service super priority timeline

My husband submitted his Tier 2 dependent extension visa on the 8th of January through this new service. He provided all the documents required. Even he submitted gas & electricty bills and council tax bills to show both of our names - as you have suggested on this forum even though they were not ...

Many thanks!
Why this information is not easily available even on the guidance I still do not understand. After years of visa application, I've become paranoid about the documents required....

Re: Naturalisation application via ILR Tier 2 route

Many thanks.
Does this new service also work as the Nationality Checking Service? I cannot seem to find information about them copying the originals so that allows one to travel during the process? NSC was doing this with small fee I believe?

Naturalisation application via ILR Tier 2 route

Hi all, I have an ILR since April 2018, planning to apply for citizenship in April 2019. I was thinking of using the nationality checking service but the website suggests that this service will no longer be available after the end of this year. Are you aware of any new service replacing this service ...

Re: Tier-2 General - ILR Application Sanity Check

I would appreciate some advice. My employer was not happy to put "foreseeable future" in my letter but instead, put 2021 as my current contract end date. So you think this would be ok? My current Tier 2 visa expires in 2019 There is no exact definition for forseeable future but 2021 is in 3 years ...

PBS Dependant -> Tier-2 General -> PBS Dependant -> ILR

When I searched on this page regarding the eligibility for partners, this is what it suggests: https://www.gov.uk/settle-in-the-uk/y/you-re-the-family-member-or-partner-of-someone-who-has-settled-in-the-uk/on-a-work-visa/a-tier-1-tier-2-or-tier-5-visa Eligibility for partners Your current visa must ...

Re: Tier (Gen) to ILR - SET(O) Form Question

Thanks alot. I was also trying to understand what documents they require for this specific question. Do we have to provide the previous tier 2 visa copies? It doesn't say anywhere in the form of required documents. Did you provide them to fulfil this question? What was your experience? Surely they ...

Re: Tier-2 PBS Dependent route to ILR

Thanks for your reply That's not necessarily what I read from the wording in this part of the guidance. Looking at the guidance, iib suggest the dependent have to spend the most recent part of the 5 year period with leave as the partner of PBS migrant. ii(c) does apply for spouse/partner visas (FLRM ...

Tier-2 PBS Dependent route to ILR

Dear all, Thanks for great advice posted earlier on. My situation is slightly different regarding ILR application for my PBS Tier 2 partner. I am qualifying for ILR in April 2018, but not clear when my husband qualifies for 5 years continuous period. We have been married since June 2013 and been ...
