I should take Postal Order for FLR HSMP on "HOME OFFICE LEAVE TO REMAIN" or "Home Office Work Permits (UK)" which one is correct.

To switch WHM visa holder to HSMP visa the WHM visa person must stay in UK for 12 months or less than 12 months is also allowed.
