Topic moved DLA can only be applied for a child that is not subject to immigration control. The tax amendment issues will cause refusal unless he switches to 5 year family route and apply for ILR after 5 years That means he won't be able to put ILR unless he continues with the another 10 years route which was granted from January 2019 or ...
