Hello,

She got the entry clearance in April 2019, we went to uk in September 2019.

For option 'b' what accomodation requirements do we have to fulfill? Cannot find any official info.

Hello,

Thanks for the reply.

And what about applying from abroad?
It is impossible to move back to UK alone with the kids
(I meet the required min salary, I have no 60k+ davings)

Get a job offer from UK
Get a suitable place to live at the beginning (friends big house).

Why is this not possible?

I'm puzzled as to why you think you do not come under the category of EEA national in the EEA regulations. You seem to meet the conditions for Lounes to apply, both in the EEA regulations...

just an update,

we got my sons passport for 5 yrs, without any issue without registering him.
just did the online application.

we did not send my parents birth certificate although it was in the required documents list.

When was the child born?? If the child was born AFTER you became British, then the child would be British by descent and can apply for a passport directly. we live abroad at the moment and as far as I know we need to register his birth first.
