Partner has dlr on basis of parent to UK children he is applying to extend leave to remain but on basis of UK partner should he use FLR (FP) or FLR (O)?
Many thanks now I see what you meant however his dlr is not 6 years continuous and he doesn't have the fees for ILR so will be applying for dlr in interim but not sure if he should use the FP or O form from FLR?
Many thanks the issue though is that since he hasn't taken KOLL he will have to apply for a further DLR instead of applying for ILR but we don't know if he should use the FLR (FP) or FLR (O) form?
