Re: Set (M) application, haven't sent photocopies of documents

Thanks

Also discovered from my other post that they will use date of posting as date application made - so from a panicked state I can now luxuriate in the choice of paying by cheque or CC!

Re: Set(M) - When is an application classed as received

GRACIAS Casa Really appreciate your reply. I'd read on other posts that the date was when posted but then the HO 'muddy' the waters by saying things like they won't begin 'processing' an application until after payment clears - and then you begin to wonder! Re: Set (M) application, haven't sent photocopies of documents

Thanks for letting me know you paid by CC

I'm sending an application on Monday - not sure whether I'll pay by cheque or CC

Was just a bit worried in case the CC payment was refused for any reason.

Did you tell your CC company you'd be making a large payment to the home office in advance?

Re: Set (M) application, haven't sent photocopies of documents

Can I ask how you paid e.g cheque, credit card, postal order etc?

Just trying to get an idea on payment processing times as my ILR also expires on 18 April and am sending the application on Monday but was planning to pay by cheque

Thanks

Our current spouse visa is valid until 17th April 2018. We have the form and documents ready to send by special delivery so the home office will rece...
