Refused at 40 due to not meeting minimum cut-off points for the month. Oh that is crap! I guess that is me also even though i havent received a from my lawyers yet. I know HR will try to claim that we are far off but i would be able to convince my employer to apply in August if there is a big chanc...

Re: July 2018 restricted COS

The secondary school teacher again. I posted yesterday about my questions. We heard today I’ve been rejected, however, they told us to apply again. Is that a good sign? I am non-SOL, non-NHS and was sitting at 29 points. With the redo I am now at 30 points as they have upped my salary and have also...

Re: July 2018 restricted COS

How many are waiting in the 40-44 range to get approval (hopefully this month!) I am at 40 points. Points Applicants 44 65 43 47 42 69 41 17 40 114 That's about 522 people who were waiting in June, altogether. Yes, I did see these figures, but I meant just on the board who is waiting in the categor...

Re: July 2018 restricted COS

My basic is 46k and so 20 for RLMT + 26 for salary. Do you get any other allowances or component on top of your basic of 46k? Are you sure ? In this case, 45points is approved in this month. Just reading through his posts, it looks like he has some fixed allowances, so maybe not 45. That is a disap...

Re: July 2018 restricted COS

Anyone with a ~40-45 score getting through? Is it the end of the allocations this month with 50 being the cut-off or should we still hope fpr lower scores in the next couple of days? Regards I'd be very very surprised if 40-45 gets through this month. I know most people say that it's only the secon...

Re: July 2018 restricted COS

I just got word that mine was approved! I don't know how many points I have. 40k base, plus 19k in allowances (some people said the allowances didn't count toward points, so either they count, or 40k is going through this month). Best of luck to you all 8) :P Congratulations!!! For the 40...

Re: July 2018 restricted COS

55 points non-nhs non-sol non-phd approved Thanks for the update. 55points on day 1 itself, is very good news. Good luck all I certainly hope getting 55 points on the first day is good. Last month we had the approval of 60 on the first day and that ended up being the cutoff.... With the doctors/nur...

Re: FOI Responses: Feb - May 2018 RCOS Allocation Specifics.

This is great information! Looks like the average number of doctor and nurse certificates that will come out of the quota (from the approved certificates) will be an average of 725. That is great for us!

Thank you for posting the links.

Re: April 2018 Restricted COS

can anyone guess how many are in the 45 range ---- 500 plus? Long time reader first time poster. Will be applying next month for COS with 45 points. Looks bad. By my calculations there will be roughly 600 people on 45 points which makes it tough for the cut-off to drop to that in May. Why 600? Well...

Re: April 2018 Restricted COS

What's this thing about 2 more days??!!! No one knows yet, everyone's waiting. Waiting and hoping with 41 points. Typically the process is that the Home Office has 5 business days to inform everyone about their RCOS status, approved, rejected or refused. For the past few months sometimes it has jus...

Re: April 2018 Restricted COS

This is going to be another 46 cut off month. This is what I feel. We need to have patience not only us even the employers sponsoring us. Who knows if the cut off remains same it Might make the government think more as it is the month with more RCOS. Frankly my excitement of going to UK is gone. Am...

Also remember that this forum only gives a small snap shot of those applying for RCoS.
This is true, which I think fuels my uneasiness, along with others as well.

We will all look back on this soon and think wow, that was crazy but I made it!
