Hi guys, My son is 26 months, and he just began to go to nursery in May. The manager said the time she has known my son is not long enough, so she can not sign the form. And then I went to my surgery, I tried to find a doctor or health visitor, but they also refused to do me the favor. Anyone else I...

Actually, I have read the content in Tier 2 Policy Guidance (Version 01/2018), on page 61, the PART 10: TIER 2 SETTLEMENT (INDEFINITE LEAVE TO REMAIN) APPLI...

Re: Urgent! application date!

It seems to me that if you apply using the online application form, then that is the date of your application. If you fill out the paper form and take it to your PSC appointment then the date of your application will be either the date of the PSC appointment or the date you put on your paper applic...

Re: Urgent! application date!

"Following as I am in the same boat" This will be very weird, if the date when you book the appointment is taken as the date of application! I think it should be the date when your physical appointment takes place. I feel wired as well. But in the ONLINE APPLY procedure, they do take the appointmen...

Re: Urgent! application date!

In addition, If I change the appointment date today, is the "Date of Application" also going to be changed to today? Or, I have to cancel my current application and restart a new one?

Thank you.

Re: Official requirements for cohabitation documents

Hi Shinwa, Yes, I find the form SET(O) very confusing if a Dependent is applying without the main applicant. (unfortunately, I already paid for PSC appointment and now have to use the paper form) If you've not done it already, the online form is much cleaner and simpler as it only asks you the rele...

Re: documents for UK born child applying ILR

Your son (born in the UK) does not need an ILR. He will be eligible for BC directly once either of the parents gets an ILR. You need to register your son as British Citizen via form MN1 and then apply for a passport. Thank you for your reply. My son has got his passport from our country, and our co...

Re: Took English test for UKVI using resident permit instead of passport

very shocked! I have passed my LIUK test in March, and I have been very happy about this. I didn't even know anything about the BRP can not be used as the identification for the test! From my experiences in the test, I remember that I gave both of my passport and BRP to the staff who was collecting ...
