I have finally worked out, thanks to people on this forum that I need to fill in SET(O) and in section 3 it as which category I am applying, again I have completed 6 years leave to remain so which one do I tick, please help
My wife was granted a 3 year limited leave to remain in April 25th 2012. In 2015 she was granted a 3 year leave to remain residence (biometric). She is now eligible for ILR but which form is it a SET(O) OR SET(m) and why, please help
My Visa issued to me on 25th of April 2012 was granted Limited leave to remain, the next one was a biometric

Please help, Section 3 on a SET(O) ILR has several boxes of which you have to tick one. I am a Thai lady who is married to a British husband and we have a British/Thai daughter. I have done 6 continuous years and I have passed Life in the U K test , but it isn't clear which one do I tick, please help
