Employer should have updated SMS to advise of new start date. The salary not being paid is a secondary issue and is not a problem as long as the start date is changed. Skilled Worker Switching as Dependent

The scenario;

Husband got Skilled Worker Visa and his Spouse became his Dependent.

Later his Spouse got a Job and Switched to Skilled Worker Category.

Husband lost his Job, would his Husband be able to Switch to his Wife as her Dependent.

Please Advise.

Any 12 month period. It is not a calendar year ie january to december. It could be any 12 months. It could be november to october or july to june or march to feb The key is not have more than 180 days absence in any 12 month period.
