Re: PAYE Details - Tier 2, NOT SUPPLIED, examples needed

We are working on a sweat equity basis -- as last years movements was close to nothing due to the global pandemic -- there isn't much to payout except for in allowances.

Is it just worth setting up a PAYE and backdate it?

PAYE Details - Tier 2, NOT SUPPLIED, examples needed

Hi All, This question is regarding the new change in PAYE reference imposed on December last year. The conditions sates "If the worker is not being paid through PAYE you do not need to use this function but you must explain why the worker will be paid differently on the Certificate of Sponsorship." ...

Yes, we left in September within 14 days of our final administrative review.

Is there nothing at all that can be done at this point?

Re: Questions About Switching From Tier 1 to Tier 2 - HARD to find answers.

Hi All, I am a past Tier-1 (GE) holder. Unfortunately, the homeoffice has deemed my £700K earnings as "assets" and has discounted everything I have done the last 3 years. By no fault of anyone, I have been trying to apply for Tier 2 via my own SMS and been rejected because I applied for rCoS and Co...

Re: Questions About Switching From Tier 1 to Tier 2 - HARD to find answers.

So you have not left the UK to make a new Tier 1 Ent application outside the UK as you were advised in your lengthy other topic. https://www.immigrationboards.com/uk-tier-1-entrepreneur-visas/tier-1-curtailed-new-application-refused-ar-refused-spent-300k-looking-for-solid-help-t253597.html#p1623355...

Re: DECEMBER 2018 Restricted COS - PLS DO NOT POST VISA APP RELATED QUESTIONS HERE!!!

Hi Guys,

I've applied for mine in november with 31 points - but my status in the SMS is still "UNDER REVIEW" 5 days after the release of the RCoS as state on this forum.

How common is this and does this mean that the windows has passed?

Many thanks.

Re: Tier 1 Curtailed - New Application Refused - AR Refused - Spent £300k - Looking for solid help

Sorry but this is the kind of comment that really raises my ire. You have one application to handle - yours. A CW possibly is handling 10-20 applications at least at any point in time. Having the expectation that they should do the work that you should have done is downright inconsiderate. The T1-G...

.... But, for your visa, these are not simple clerical mistakes and there is not much that I can suggest as options other than what zimba said - leave UK without delay and make a fresh T1 Entrepreneur application from outside. We are 2 weeks away from starting the project - no one else I know is go...

Unless you post the exact dates of each step, it is very difficult for us to work out what you are trying to say. Fine, but switched to what visa category?? You stated you applied to switch TO tier 1 general. HO will return your passport to you at the airport once you give them a date you are leavi...

Re: Tier 1 Curtailed - New Application Refused - AR Refused - Spent £300k - Looking for solid help

Submitted the application to switch from Tier 1 GE TO Tier 1 General on Nov 17 - Got a refusal response in March 18 Again, is this a typo as it is not possible to apply for Tier 1 General in 2017 as it is a closed visa category. The Secretary of State therefore curtails your leave to enter the Unit...

Re: Tier 1 Curtailed - New Application Refused - AR Refused - Spent £300k - Looking for solid help

Curtailment noticed arrived Oct 17 Why was your visa curtailed?? Applied for extension immediately to switch to Tier 1 General Presumably this is a typo?? What is the exact full text of the refusal letter, taking out all personal details? E-mail from HO On 22 February 2015 you were granted leave to...

Tier 1 Curtailed - New Application Refused - AR Refused - Spent £300k - Looking for solid help
