My visa will be expired in 10/02/2022 and I already submitted my new visa application. Do I need to make an appointment before the expiry date of my visa in order to avoid a gap for the 10 years ILR?

So all I need to do is to submit the application before the visa expiry date, even if the job start date is later than it?

My current job formally ends on 12/10/2021 and the visa expiry date is 26/10/2021. Now I got a new job offer but the start date hasn’t decided yet. I will discuss it with the new employer. So in order to keep my ilr continuity, the new job should start before 26/10/2021?

I overstayed for 2 days back to 01/09/2014, I didn't apply for a new visa within 28 days so the 3c rule doesn't apply. Now I'm eligible to apply for a Skilled Worker Visa. My question is will these two days' overstay history lead to a straight rejection?
