Cut off could never be any lower than 45 since huge backlog at 45 (600+ people) has to be cleared first. Only then in following months can below 45 get through. So 45 is the least we can hope for. And 55 has already seen approvals so definitely not higher than 55. So it is between 45 and 55 points....
