The second stage letter that i got have these:

‘Your application has now been initially assessed and has proceeded to the second stage of processing.’

..together with the rest of what you wrote there.

Theres no harm on sending all the documents that will prove your stay in Ireland. It will all help in the processing. Actually, the more documents you can provide, the faster they will response.

Apart from the biometric page, I copied every single stamps i have in my passports, including the going in and out of the country. I know its a lot but i think you have to.

I will post it on the 2017 timeline because i applied last August of 2017 based on 5+ years residency (14 yrs in Ireland from stamp1 to stamp4)
