I applied twice. First time I got quick reject: got a confirmation "forwarded to tech nation" 15 Nov, rejected 29 Nov. Second time was longer, but successful: confirmation 8 Dec, got an endorsement 16 Jan.

Your stage 1 endorsement is also part of ukvi process.

You cannot have 2 applications at the same time.
