Re: Tier 2 bank shifts for nurses in the same nhs

is your staff bank ran by the Trust? If it is, I think it is not considered a second job. if it is ran by NHSP or an external agency, then it is a second job. in my previous Trust the system won’t allow us to book any shifts once we’re over the 20-hour-per-week limit (we were under NHSP), but iin my...

how to report to Home Office that you have voluntarily ended Tier 2 visa

Hi everyone! I hope someone can help me. I have decided to go home and use my cooling off period. My Tier 2 visa expires on January 2020, but I will go home on July 2019. How do I report this to the Home Office? As I wish to return by August 2020. Thank you!

Re: 180 days outside uk - new rule 07/18

hi! does anyone know the answer to this? also, if the first rule applies to my first grant of leave (03/17 to 01/20) and i intend to apply for ILR on 10/22, how will they count the continuous period? will it be backward from date of application? this is assuming my next grant of leave will be from 0...

Re: Outside the UK for more than 180 days for Maternity Leave

Hello! Have you applied for ILR? I am in a similar situation. I was outside the UK for almost 10 months to give birth and look after my baby (06/18 to 03/19). This is my first leave and it was granted 03/17.
