It is 80mm Height and 300mm width paper and the issue is not enogh room for the stamp . Can stamp it on top of the printed letters but I am not sure this will be an isuue.

I checked with the employer and they said they can't print the pay slips on A4/letterhead paper since the software they use to run the pay slips will not accept A4. What they suggest is to photo copy the pay slip on letterhead paper and sign and stamp on it and give a covering letter confirming the ...

Makon,
Can you please explain what do you mean by "get it printed on a letterheaded paper". My understanding is that print each month pay slip in A4 size letter head paper and stamp and sign on it. Is that correct?

The claimed period pay slips cover April 06 to March 07 and
the rejected pay slips cover April 06 to June 06 (2 1/2 months)
