The child does not live with the father she lives with the grandmother and my sister is the one who is taking care of his son. Application

Hello everyone.
My sister want to apply for his child to come and join her here in UK. Can you advise which form to use .
The child is 14 years old. The mother been in UK since 2010 and hold a british passport since 2015
Is there any requirements need to meet before applying ?

You don't have to send child birth certificate let alone BRP card.
Just passport application form and his/her expiry passport. When you renew the passport.

There are some people here happen to be like that . You just need to include your english test pass certificate
Otherwise they will ask for it when they check your application.

Question from my friend
She change her name so she has apply the new brp with the new name that is showing the start date is 18/01/2018. She got her indefinite leave to remain since 2011. Does she need to wait until january 2019 or she can apply for citizenship just now.
