Just got the news that my application was rejected.

40 points, non-SOL.
20 = RLMT
20 = £40k salary.

My employer has been applying since December and had said this was the last month they'd attempt. Time to close the curtains!

I'm in a very similar situation. Transitioning from a Tier 5 Youth Mobility Visa to Tier 2 General. Employer has been applying since December last year, and have said May will be their last attempt . I have 40 points. Hopefully this month will be successful...!
